It sells a wide range of original products made with local ingredients such as Hokkaido butter and wheat, focusing mainly on sweets made with haskap, a berry with a refreshing tartness similar to blueberries. It’s the perfect shop for buying souvenirs on your trip.

The signature item is “Yoitomake”, loved by many since it was launched in 1953. It’s a roll cake generously coated with purple haskap jam on the surface of the sponge cake. With just one bite, you’ll taste the refreshing tartness of haskap and the sweetness of the roll cake together—an exquisite flavor unique to “Yoitomake.” Other haskap sweets are also available, including “Haskap Langue de Chat,” “Haskap Land,” and “Haskap Yokan.” In addition, they also offer classic sweets like shortcake and cream puffs, seasonal fresh Japanese sweets, Japanese confections such as dorayaki, and bread.
