A comprehensive park in Minami Ward, Sapporo, stretching east and west along the Toyohira River, with rich natural surroundings and a wide variety of leisure facilities. It boasts a vast site of Approx. 30.5 hectares, and the terrain itself is a highlight, including riverside cliffs, deep forests, and the former Sapporo soft stone quarry site, which was selected as one of the 100 Best Geological Sites in Hokkaido.

The park is packed with facilities that both adults and children can enjoy, including a cooking area for barbecues and jingisukan, as well as a free park golf course (9 holes). At the West Entrance Plaza and the playground area, slides, Tarzan ropes, and colorful play equipment line the grounds, making it a lively spot for families on weekends.

Each season brings something special: in spring, Ezoyamazakura cherry blossoms bloom in full; in summer, the Moiwa Summer Festival is held; and in autumn, ginkgo and maple trees color the park. A walk through Aurora Forest, planted with white birch and azaleas, or along the well-maintained walking paths, is sure to refresh you with flowers and riverside scenery. With easy access from central Sapporo, it is also a great place for a casual outing.
