Kita Kitchen Aurora Town Store

A select shop for Hokkaido foods located in Aurora Town, the underground shopping arcade directly connected to Odori Station in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Operated by the department store Marui Imai, the shop is lined with around 1,000 carefully selected food products from across Hokkaido. Along with dairy products, sweets, processed seafood, and vegetables, it also offers a great selection of craft beer.

A particular highlight is the bakery selection corner, featuring breads delivered from around Hokkaido. Popular bakeries from across the prefecture appear on different days of the week, including Brot Heim Berg in Takikawa, Okutsuchi Farm Stone Oven Bakery in Niseko, and Tomoe Bagel in Eniwa.

Limited-time fairs and special pop-up shops are also held regularly. Every visit brings a chance to discover something new, making it popular with both tourists and locals. With plenty of processed foods and sweets that keep well, it’s also a great place to look for Hokkaido-style souvenirs.
