This is one of the famous Koto Sanzan temples. The strolling garden was gradually renovated from the Momoyama to early Edo periods. Whether it's cherry blossom or autumn leaves season, it's a wonderful place to visit.

As soon as you get to Shinsekai, you’ll spot Tsutenkaku right away—it’s so easy to recognize. Going up to the observation deck was decent, but honestly the main thing is shopping and wandering around down below.
