Hondoji Temple
Hondoji Temple is one of the key temples of Nichiren Buddhism, one of the branches of Buddhism in Japan. It was founded in the third year of Kenji (1277), when a Lotus Hall (Hokkedo) was built within the estate of the Hiraga family, and opened by Nichiren himself.
It's close to the subway station, has beautiful scenery, and is definitely worth a visit.
