A cultural mix of traditional soba noodles and stylish wines
As the basis for our fragrant soba noodles, we use 100% buckwheat flour, carefully ground with a stone mill with selected buckwheat noodles, and do not use any binder ingredients. As a soba shop where you can eat freshly made buckwheat noodles made from high quality buckwheat flour during the daytime, and operate as a bar in the evening, offering wines imported directly from France and Italy at a reasonable price.
The reasonably priced breakfast set and carefully selected ingredients make me feel really at ease eating here. The food also pairs really well with red wine.
