Yoyogi Park
The large 544,711.27㎡ site of this park is filled with water and greenery, something that you don’t often find in the heart of Tokyo. During springtime around 800 cherry trees blossom beautifully, and the area around the south side’s fountain is particularly popular as a cherry blossom viewing location.
The crows here are huge and not afraid of people at all.
Kinuta Park
Kinuta Park makes the most of its natural topography and features a large grassy open area and a forest. The family park is a vast grassy area on gentle slopes, and around 840 cherry trees bloom in the area during springtime.
During cherry blossom season, you'll see lots of photographers with professional gear, which just proves how beautiful the cherry blossoms are here.
Kosoan
The cafe is set within a traditional Japanese house with a sense of history. When you take off your shoes and go inside, it's as though you had returned to your home town. The well-maintained courtyard lets you forget you're in the big city.
Inside this old-style house, you get a view of a traditional Japanese garden outside the window. Sipping rich, aromatic coffee here just feels so harmonious.
