I've never seen such an interesting museum before! I loved making my own cup noodles. I’ve always known about the founder, so it was great to learn about the history of instant noodles here.

I-YOKAN SHIKA SHINAI！
A famous confection from Ehime prefecture. Madeleines made from a moist batter that contains sweet and sour iyokan. By added concentrate iyokan juice to the batter, giving it an expressive juicy mouthfeel and the refreshing taste unique of iyokan. Also, by mixing the finely chopped iyokan peel into the batter, you can really feel the taste of the source ingredient.
This cake is soft but not too rich. Every time I bring some home, it disappears in seconds.
