The main hall displays all kinds of train models, and there are videos that explain the history of each one. They also host different themed events, so you'll never get bored here.

Pocky Chocolate
Pocky was created in 1966 as the world’s first rod-shaped chocolate sweet. It is a rod-shaped pretzel snack covered in a chocolate coating, and it has a very pleasant texture. The combination of that delicious flavor with a way to keep your hands clean after snacking made them into a huge hit.
This is one of my all-time favorite snacks.

Hakone Shrine
Hakone Shrine sits just steps from Lake Ashi, a spot dotted with coveted Hakone destinations like Owakudani and Togen-dai. The shrine heralds the Hakone Ookami god, and remains one of the most renowned shrines in Kanto.
There's a small snack shop next to the parking lot where you can try their mochi. The assorted flavors include sesame, red bean, and soybean flour, among others.

CUPNOODLES MUSEUM YOKOHAMA
Through the museum’s many exhibits you can learn about the creative thinking of Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin Food products, and inventor of Chicken Ramen, the world’s first instant noodles.
You can learn all about the history of instant noodles here, and even make your own! It's super fun and educational—kids really love it. Just remember to book your spot in advance.
