You can enjoy the seaside views here. The seafood at Kuroshio Market is super fresh with lots of variety, and everything tastes great.

Hoheikyo Dam
Hoheikyo Dam is built upstream of Toyohira River in the Minami District of Sapporo City. It controls the flow of the Toyohira River, of course, supplies water to the Sapporo City, and the surrounding area is renowned as a tourist spot for the fall foliage.
That red-to-orange-to-yellow gradient—nature really is the best at picking colors.

Yoshinogari Historical Park
Yoshinogari Historical Park is a specially designated historical site of Japan. Spanning a total area of 117 hectares, Yoshinogari Historical Park is one of the Japan’s largest historic ruins from the Yayoi Era (5c. B.C. - 3c. A.D.) moat-encircled settlement. The ruins were discovered during an excavation in 1986.
This park is really thoughtfully designed. If you’re interested in Japanese culture, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Mt. Yoshino
Mt. Yoshino is acclaimed as the best spot to see cherry blossoms in all of Japan. In the spring, the entire mountain is washed with flowering trees as they bloom from the Shimosenbon (the lower 1,000 trees) at the foothills up to the Okusembon (the inner 1,000 trees).
The view of the thousand cherry blossoms is truly unforgettable.
