National Museum of Japanese History
The National Museum of Japanese History is one of the largest national history museums in Japan, exhibiting all periods of Japanese history and culture. The museum opened in March 1983 in a corner of the Sakura Castle ruins in Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture. It is a temple of history with a grand total floor space of 38,000 square meters on a site of approximately 130,000 square meters.
With simple explanations and artifact displays, visitors can quickly get a good understanding of Japanese culture.

Konnyaku Park
Making up for 90% of production in Japan, Gunma Prefecture is one of the most famous producers of konnyaku. It’s also home to a konnyaku specialty park, a veritable “mecca” for konnyaku lovers.
I had no idea there were so many different ways to enjoy konnyaku until I visited here.

Bettei Senjyuan
Bettei Senjyuan is a famous inn, surrounded by the serene silence of the valley with a view of Mt. Tanigawa. By incorporating traditional Japanese designs alongside modern architecture, they create a unique and luxurious atmosphere.
The autumn scenery here is absolutely stunning. If I get the chance, I’ll definitely visit again.
