The creaky floors here are really unique, just like the ones at Nijo Castle in Kyoto. Apparently, they were designed for security purposes.

Dogo Milk Cheesecake is a specialty cheesecake shop in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. It serves cheesecakes inspired by the taste of milk enjoyed after a hot bath. The cheese is handmade fresh every day in the workshop attached to the shop.
The milk flavor is rich but not heavy. The cheesecake is smooth, and the sweetness is just right, so it goes down really easily. It's great as a souvenir or for eating on the go!

Kiyosu Castle
In 1405, the Shugo (governor) of Owari (current Aichi prefecture), Yoshishige Shiba, dominated this castle as an annex of Shimotsu Castle.
It's a small and charming castle with lots of exhibits and historical information. The Chinese audio guide is also very detailed.
