Tonkatsu Kotetsu
Located in Tokyo’s Ueno district-famous as a fierce battleground for tonkatsu-Tonkatsu Kotetsu opened in June 2024 and quickly gained attention for its signature white-breaded tonkatsu, slowly fried at a low temperature. The result is a light, crisp coating and tender, juicy pork with a gentle flavor that highlights the natural sweetness of high-quality fat.
The crust is super crispy and not greasy at all. You don't get that guilty feeling you usually have after eating fried food.
