Ore no Sosaku Ramen Kiwamiya Ueno Hirokoji Store
A classy restaurant accented in black that plays jazz music. The shop has relatively many seats so it is easy to find a seat. The shop is very proud of the soup stock made of natural ingredients including pork, chicken, beef, marine products and vegetables which give a rich, savory taste balanced with a good balance of sweetness.
This is the best ramen shop I've ever tried! The broth is so fresh and sweet, and the noodles are perfectly chewy!
Just thinking about it makes my mouth water again.
