The quality of the Japanese black beef is amazing! It goes perfectly with the green onions and kimchi.

NAGI Shinjuku Niboshi Golden-gai Honkan
If you walk a little down the alley behind the light-box of Shinjuku Golden Gai, you will find Nagi, the famous niboshi(dried sardines) ramen restaurant. The menu features “Unbelievable NIBOSHI Ramen” and “Unbelievable Niboshi-Tsukemen (dipping ramen)”.
The noodles are nice and chewy, and the broth is rich. Great value for the price!
