The view from the bath is absolutely stunning.
The food was delicious too, and I enjoyed the whole day!

Step inside for an Italian food experience that celebrates native Niigata ingredients, served in a rustic setting true to the Furomachi streetscape that’s complete with old-Edo look and feel. The restaurant itself sits in a renovated Taisho-era traditional house.
I visited for a business dinner.
The menu featured seasonal ingredients from Niigata, which was a real treat!
The inside feels cozy, just like being at home.
