The restaurant’s hoto is known for its rich flavor, created with homemade miso aged for two years. The soup, blended with nanban miso, is full-bodied yet light on the palate. It is packed with fresh vegetables such as kabocha squash, taro, and mushrooms. Among the menu items, the Beef Hoto, which brings out the savory flavor of the beef, is especially popular and very filling. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of satisfying dishes, including set meals with hoto and tempura, as well as soba from Oshino in Yamanashi and udon set meals.

The interior has an impressive traditional Japanese house-style design. With 72 seats in total, including tatami seating and table seating, families with children can dine here with peace of mind. There is parking for Approx. 20 cars. The location also offers fine views of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji, and it is especially busy during the autumn leaves season.
