Momijitei
Authentic hoto made with aged miso at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
Momijitei is a restaurant in Fujikawaguchiko where you can enjoy the local specialty hoto noodles. Using homemade miso, it has maintained the same flavor since it first opened. Known for its exquisite hoto so good you can finish every last drop of the broth, it has long been loved by both tourists and locals.

It is packed with fresh vegetables such as kabocha squash, taro, and mushrooms. Among the menu items, the Beef Hoto, which brings out the savory flavor of the beef, is especially popular and very filling. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of satisfying dishes, including set meals with hoto and tempura, as well as soba from Oshino in Yamanashi and udon set meals.
The interior has an impressive traditional Japanese house-style design. With 72 seats in total, including tatami seating and table seating, families with children can dine here with peace of mind.
