Cambusa is a restaurant whose name means “a ship’s food storage room” in Italian. In an elegant setting known for its red-brick exterior and refined, calming interior, you can enjoy pizza and Italian cuisine.

Both the wood-fired pizzas crafted by owner-chef Taro Takada, who built his career in Naples, and the regionally rich dishes by chef Nori Kobayashi, an expert in Sicilian cuisine, offer authentic flavors.

The restaurant is also deeply committed to ingredients, with the chefs personally visiting producers in Kamakura and Isehara to source vegetables, beef, milk, and more, while cheeses such as burrata and mozzarella are made in-house.

For both lunch and dinner, the standard option is a prix-fixe course. Also recommended are the chef’s choice course featuring the best seasonal ingredients of the day, and à la carte options for casually choosing your favorites (available only when ordering on the first floor).

To pair with each excellent dish, enjoy drinks centered on wines from wineries across Italy, along with craft beer pairings.
